The Big Band Celebrating 100 Years in 2010

The Big Band is one of El Riad Temple’s pride and joys. The Band is reportedly the oldest unit in the Temple, having been started in December, 1910.  The membership consists of all amateur musicians with ages ranging from 27 years old to over 80  years of age.  Because of the geographical area the members live in, practices are limited to three per year.
